Composite resin is biocompatible and is color-matched to blend in with your surrounding teeth. There are various signs that indicate that you could benefit from a dental filling. Tooth Pain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The most obvious sign that you could need a filling is when you are experiencing tooth pain. A likely cause is that you have developed a cavity in that area. Cavities can result in a constant, throbbing toothache or a sharp pain that you feel when you bite down on something hard or cold. Broken or Lost Fillings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While fillings are very resilient, they aren\u2019t indestructible, and they can become loose or break overtime. You might be able to tell that a filling has popped out, but it isn\u2019t always so obvious. Your tooth may just feel different. See your dentist so it can be repaired as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
